All subscription fees paid to Growskyinfotech are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By subscribing to our services, the user agrees to this non-refundable policy in full.
Nature of Services:
We do not provide any form of investment advice, trading tips, or stock recommendations. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers. Our services are exclusively limited to the development, deployment, and maintenance of automated trading applications and software tools as per the user’s custom requirements or agreed functionalities.
Algorithmic Trading Risk Disclosure:
All algorithms are developed based on historical backtested data and statistical models. However, past performance is not indicative of future results. No algorithm or strategy is guaranteed to be profitable or free from errors. Each algorithm deployed in the automated trading system is approved and agreed upon by the user prior to deployment. The user bears full responsibility for the outcome and performance of the strategy, including all profits and losses arising from its use.
No Liability Clause:
Growskyinfotech, its partners, employees, or associates do not accept any liability for financial losses, damages, or claims resulting from the use of our software or services. We are not responsible for any technical issues, system downtime, connectivity failures, broker API issues, or force majeure events that may affect trading operations. All trading and investment decisions made using our platform are at the sole discretion and risk of the user.
Performance Variance Warning:
Performance results may differ significantly due to:
- Market volatility
- Timing of order execution
- Internet/broker/API latency
- Portfolio construction
- Timing of inflows/outflows
- Slippage, impact costs, and other operational expenses
No Return Guarantee:
Growskyinfotech or any of its stakeholders do not provide any assurance or guarantee of returns. The value of investments may rise or fall depending on prevailing market conditions and other influencing factors.
User Responsibility & Consent:
By subscribing to and using our services, the user acknowledges and agrees to all the terms outlined in this disclaimer. The user is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to their trading or investment activities.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be processed for any remaining portion of the subscription period.
Note:
Client must pay a monthly API maintenance fee of ₹1000 from the next month after activation, until the service period ends.
